Mr Michael did a great job for us too! My 5-year-old locked the master bedroom and the building manager did not have the key. I called Mr Locksmith Burnaby and Mr Michael came to help us. He was a gentleman and very professional. He opened the door within 10 seconds, and removed the lock mechanism so that my children (or other family members) do not accidentally lock it any more. Highly recommended.

Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time. Was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. Basically ended up with a new door knob and lock. He cleaned up after himself. Michael is very professional but easy to talk to. I would recommend him to others should the need arise.

I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment. Michael was very nice and helpful. He came the next day after I called him to change locks on 4 doors and add a new heavy duty deadbolt on all 4 doors after one of my patio doors got broken into the day before. He was knowledgeable and I felt safe as I had to leave him to run a quick errand.
